I’ve been watching the BBC series “Wild China” and these rice terraces are INSANITY. They are built into the sides of the mountains and absolutely cover every square inch. The farmers have been planting rice here for 8,000 years and they plant based on the timing of the bird nesting in their houses. WHOA
